Good leaders search for a middle gound where the most people can find meaning; they work for win/win situations. (This is hard to do if you assume you are the higher, the more responsible, the in-charge, the senior, the more competent - or once you have made a harsh judgment about the other.)

"Catholics Are Still In" Campaign
The Catholic Climate Covenant (CCC) has launched a campaign to gain the U.S. Catholic community’s support for climate action. They are calling for signers to the U.S. Catholic Climate Declaration which expresses the imperative to protect and promote human life and human dignity by protecting our common home and acting on climate change.
You can help enlist more Catholic leaders (of parishes, dioceses, schools, college/universities, health care facilities, etc.) to sign the U.S. Catholic Climate Declaration! Here’s How You Can Help:
1) If you lead a Catholic organization/community, you can sign your institution on to U.S. Catholic Climate Declaration here.
2) If you are a member of a Catholic organization/community, you can urge your leader (priest, bishop, president, CEO, etc.) to sign the U.S. Catholic Climate Declaration.
Please note that the Declaration is to be signed by the LEADERS of U.S. Catholic organizations/institutions/communities…not individuals.
Deadline for signing: June 11, 2018
